1 1/2 gallons of Dog Berries, Dozen peeled n sliced apples (Cortland), 2kg of sugar, 2 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp of molasses, and water. Boiled and stirred for about 1 hour. Strained, mashed and rinsed berries. Added Lalvin EC-1118 yeast to 16 L of wort. Bottled after 3 weeks, filtered with coffee filters first. Tested at 4 weeks in bottles, not too bad if say so myself, but it's dog berry wine after all, so it's a little tart. Good with a little 7up added. Maybe next time I'll add another kg of sugar.
