White Ale: Experimental batch of White Ale without using a pale ale malt extract. Tasty but too sweet (molasses flavor). I since changed the recipe to reduce the molasses. I'm thinking a little more age will help too, I hope so.
Hop-less Beer: Trying again without the other herbs, just cream of tarter. After two weeks. Drinkable, it's no bud light, but since this is made from supermarket ingredients I can't complain.
