INSTRUCTIONS ON ACTUAL PATIENT HEALTH MANAGEMENT

Go the outpatient clinics of a hospital or to the clinic of a physician.

Ask permission to observe and interview and examine at least 3 patients.

Interview and examine 3 patients.

Analyze their problems.

Formulate a plan on treatment.

Formulate a plan on how to assess the result of treatment.

Formulate a plan on how to prevent the recurrence of the problem.

Report to the group and faculty your accomplishment.

Demonstrate to peers and to the faculty your accomplishment of the learning objectives.

Identify one family in the community which has a health problem.

Analyze the problems.

Formulate a plan on treatment.

Identify one barangay near your city or make use of a community assigned to you.

Make a situational analysis.

Analyze the health problems.

Make a community diagnosis.

Prioritize the health problems.

Formulate a plan of management (or treatment).

Formulate a HFA/COMMUNITY or BARANGAY/2005 Program. (HFA – Health for All)

Formulate a plan on how to assess the result of management (or treatment).

Formulate a plan on how to prevent the recurrence of the problem.
