Evaluation of faculty [written (use prepared form) and verbal feedback]
Evaluation of course [written (use prepared form) and verbal feedback]
Self-assessment through the Student Progress Report
For the faculty, End-of-Course Evaluation and Feedback includes the following:
Feedback to the STUDENTS on
Results of Posttest
How the students perform during the course using
Feedback to the COURSE WRITER on
Outcome of conduct of course (see end-of-course evaluation report format)
