Indian Egg Curry

Start by toasting the eggs


Method 1:

  1. Heat the oil in pan and Toss the egg with turmeric , chilli powder a little salt.

  2. Onions are fried in oil until golden then add ginger, garlic paste.

  3. Add tomatoes until they break down


Method 2:

Bring 2 cups of water to boil then add couple of cubed onions and boil for few mins.

It will remove raw smell of onions, then drain them and cool/


Add to a blender. Make a paste keep them aside in a bowl


Cut tomatoes and use same blender jar to make tomato puree
