Beans curry indian

  1. Heat the oil in pan for making curry and cumin seed (half tsp) and kasuri methi (1 tsp) and hit untill the mix turns aromatic.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and add onions and saute well untill it turns yellow.

  3. Add grams beans and stir fry few mins (2-3 mins).

  4. also add turmeric (½ tsp), ½ tsp chilli powder (½ tsp), coriander powder (1 tsp), garam masala (½ tsp), aamchur powder (½ tsp)and tsp salt.

  5. saute for a minute or until spices are well combined.

  6. cover and cook for 5 minutes or until beans are half cooked.

  7. now add 1 tomato and mix well.

  8. cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until tomatoes soften.
