Cabbage Moong Dal Recipe

  1. Add oil to the pan then add black muster seeds to it. Once they start to crackle add hing, tomato, green chili, and soaked dal.

  2. Salute the mixture for less than a min.

  3. Now add all spices, salt, and cabbage and mix the ingredients well.

  4. Heat it in a closed pan with the lid on it and cook it until the cabbage gets soft (roughly for 4-5 mins.)

  5. Garnish it with fresh coriander.
