Gym Initial Days

People who just started and going to join gym can follow the below rules :

1st week : Full cardio ( stretching, treadmill, elleptical and cycling) & no Weight training.

2nd Week: In an alternate days - Cardio alongwith abdominal exercise like crunches etc. and Weight training exercises like upper body exercise (chest &shoulders)one-day.Next coming alternate day Back & Biceps/Tricesp exercises. Next coming alternate day lower body exercises.

PS: Pls. always force to change your exercises on a daily basis. This will help you to come in shape in a very less time but be regular i.e. 6 days a week.
