Paav Bhaji
Rough draft
Cut vegetables like Potatoes, Cauliflower, carrots and capsicum
Move them to pressure cooker or a pot. Add enough water just enough to cover them partially.
Pressure cook for 1 whistle
After vegetables are soft coked, smash them well.
In different pan, add chopped onion in 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil.
After onions are translucent, add ginger , garlic and green chili. Fry until the raw smell is gone.
Add tomato and green capsicum,
Further add 1 teaspoon chili and 1 and 1/2 teaspoon paav bhaaji masala
Add boiled and mashed veggies and another 1/2 cup of water to bring consistency.
Add 1 tablespoon of kasuri methi when it reaches desiered consitency and you may add coriander leaves.
