Paav Bhaji

Rough draft


  1. Cut vegetables like Potatoes, Cauliflower, carrots and capsicum

  2. Move them to pressure cooker or a pot. Add enough water just enough to cover them partially.

  3. Pressure cook for 1 whistle

  4. After vegetables are soft coked, smash them well.

  5. In different pan, add chopped onion in 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil.

  6. After onions are translucent, add ginger , garlic and green chili. Fry until the raw smell is gone.

  7. Add tomato and green capsicum,

  8. Further add 1 teaspoon chili and 1 and 1/2 teaspoon paav bhaaji masala

  9. Add boiled and mashed veggies and another 1/2 cup of water to bring consistency.

  10. Add 1 tablespoon of kasuri methi when it reaches desiered consitency and you may add coriander leaves.
