Word: Track Changes Formatting Tricks

When you turn on Track Changes in Word, it tracks all changes including formatting.

This can get very overwhelming to use – because it is difficult to see changes in the text because the revisions column gets filed with "Formatted: Bold" etc.

There is no single button to "Accept All Formatting", so typically we would need to individually select each formatting change. This can take a very long time in a large document!

But there is a simple workaround to "Accept All Formatting": 

1. You show the formatting only

2. Then you accept all the changes shown
