500 g rice flour
7 tablespoons tapioca flour
5 tablespoons corn flour
2.5 L cold water
- Mix all ingredients
- Brush a small, flat bottomed, rectangular microwave dish with garlic oil (or any oil)
- Scoop one ladle full of mixture into the container, and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave, and run a plastic spatula around the edges. Roll up, putting in fillings as desired (e.g. steamed pork, char siu, etc).
