The following settings can be used to reduce the nagging parts of the Adobe Reader. It customises the setup file using Adobe Customization Wizard (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Wizard/index.html):
1. Security > Protected View: Files from potentially unsafe locations
2. Security > Standalone: Enable & Lock
3. Security > Browser: Enable & Lock
4. Digital Signature > Verify signatures when the document is opened: ticked
5. Online Services and Features> Online Features > Disable product updates: ticked
6. Online Services and Features > Online Features > Load trusted root certificates from Adobe: Enable & Ask before Installing
7. Online Services and Features > Online Features > Disable upsell: ticked
8. Online Services and Features > Adobe Services Integration > Disable all Adobe services
9. Online Services and Features > Third-party connectors > Dsiable third party connectors such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.: ticked
10. Online Services and Features > Third-party connectors > Dsiable SharePoint connector.: ticked
11. Other Settings > Prevent the end user from enabling PDF preview in Windows Explorer.
