Eastern Milk Snake

Often time confused with the Copperhead due to sharing a similar color; the Eastern Milk Snake is a far more slender, snake. It will have a Y or V shaped light patch on the back of the neck. Three to give rows of brown/reddish brown blotches that are black-bordered running down the snakes body. The stomach of the animal will have an irregular checkerboard shape of black on white coloration (Conant and Collins 370-371)
