Gather equipment and ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients in large bowl and whisk together wet ingredients in medium bowl.
Muffin method: One bowl for dry and one for wet ingredients,
...make a well in the dry and pour liquid into the well,
...stir until just combined.
Fold in additional ingredients e.g. chocolate chips, fruit, nuts
Divide evenly into muffin cups to bake.
