Create Team

  • Identify staff that will be part of the Evaluation Process.

  • Remember that these are the people who will participate in the evaluation process, not necessarily the same group that will attend and contribute to an IEP.

Building the List

  1. To add Special Education staff and the principa(who have access to IIEP)l:

      • To add more team members, click Select Team.

      • If an essential special education person or admnistrator is not on the list, please ask him/her to request access to the school.

      • If you, or another special education staff member needs same day access to a school, ask a support team member, or call the Special Education Department.

  2. To add parents and GE teachers (who do not have an IIEP account):

      • Click Parent Info in the top blue border, and add them there.

      • Make sure you click the check box to "Add to IEP team". (Uncheck the box that says "Student Lives Here"

When you are done, you will see your team listed.

Only those with IIEP access will be able to view the student's IEP file.
