Chris Rodley created these incredible conceptual pieces using AI! The combination of animal and objects is a great way to create original and unique concepts. He uses a free online resource called Deepart, where you provide the computer with the images, and the AI completes the mash. The results are often unpredictable, leading to a great way to further inspire your ideas.
Let's explore Deepart in class and see what we can come up with. We are not using the AI images as our final image making technique, but more of a technique to come up with fresh ideas.
You will take photos of flowers and leaves from your garden/ park.
Create individual PNG's of your flowers in Photoshop.
Create a butterfly using your flowers.
Check your silhouette is clear and readable
Your butterfly should be well balanced
Skew wings & add shadowing to make 3D
