About Me...
Hello, I'm Damian, I’m part of the Yearbook & Communications class. I like classes that have me doing hands-on type of work such as automotive or woodworking. On this blog, I’ll be sharing stories about random topics about students' everyday life and student life or what I've been told to do. Outside of class, I enjoy playing with engines, playing games, driving, and listening to music.
To start my totally reliable news and fun facts...
To begin the random chain of news and fun facts, I will be sharing about the first survey I will do at some point. The first survey will be about student cars and how they obtained them. My car is a 2005 Dodge Neon SE that I have owned for over a years as of making this blog (1/24/2025). I bought my own car for about $1,800 after working for an entire summer for the first $1,000 then I got another estimated $1,500 from selling a 2006 Suzuki Marauder. The car is assumed to be a first gen 2005 Neon as it does not have most safety features that are mandatory in 2005. In the next blog we will be talking about your car...

This post is about the vehicles you own, by looks of the charts to the right the majority of students drive Chevy's with second place being Ford and third being Dodge. Still a wide variety of cars as out of the 28
responses from the survey I sent out Tuesday (2/5/2025) almost every response was a different car. Now how they obtained them is a common result as seen of the right as well, almost half of the responses were they bought it, second place is their parents gave them the car and third place is the people who worked for their cars(or trucks). In the next blog we will be talking about a place you will never expect...
The totally reliable news and fun facts... #3...
For this post we will be talking about the most common place for any high school driver... The parking lot. Our school parking lot is a place were some of us make memories with friends (or alone) doing burnouts or drifting in the snow or just simply sitting on a tailgate talking about life. The parking lot may be where some of us learned how to drive. While the high school parking lot holds most of the high school students' cars some high school students prefer to park on the elementary side to lower the risk of accident. In the next post we will be doing some interviews with a student who enjoys working with technology...
The totally reliable news and fun facts... #4...
This post's reliable news and fun facts is about an interview with Caleb LaPoint, possibly the most tech enthusiast person I know at RRMR. I interviewed him on 2/25/2025 with the following question.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working with technology?
A: I like to find new things and learn about technology. (Quote may not be exact as I was being distracted upon writing notes.)
That is it for this blog, the next one may be about something random... or possibly specific...

The totally reliable news and fun facts... #6... THE FINALLY
As my time in the yearbook and communications class comes to an end for the first and last time (And as well as my last blog post), I will bestow upon the next freshman class some wisdom from my own experience at this school. My first vital piece of information is to make sure you get your school work in, I can't count how many times I would have had an A in many classes if I had only turned in the assignments that I completed or double check that the assignments did get turned in on Google Classroom. The second is to have fun with friends whenever you can, the 4 years will fly by fast. The third is not from my experience but from a classmate, don't go around calling people slurs or making fun of others, you can and will get your butt kicked into the next century.
For my last mandatory paragraph of advice for whoever reads this going onto the 9th grade or if they are just bored in general, always try to learn something about anything. The more you learn about stuff the more likely you will grow interest, make what you learn entertain you. It will definitely make you less bored at school. Also make sure you start planning your future, it will be helpful. May high school be somewhat kind to you.
