Introduction to myON
Students will also be introduced to myON. This is a procedures lesson.
Learning Targets:
5th, 3rd & 2nd: I can learn how to use myON to read ebooks.
All: I can listen to a story and answer questions about the story.
All: Read independently from ebooks and/or print books.
5th, 3rd & 2nd grade classes:
Please click on the video below to play it for students. Please also make it full screen. Since this video shows students how to do a Google search for myON and logging in with a username and password, please skip to 0:36 seconds and play the video from there. Our students will not log in like this. Southwood students will go to Clever instead, then Renaissance.
Steps for Students:
Go to Clever.
Click on Renaissance.
Click on myON.
Complete the interest survey & uncheck Spanish.
Click on the Library tab at the top & read!
Take the AR quiz that pops up after each book that you read.
No Chromebook? No wifi? Read books at your table.
Stretch Break for 5th, 3rd & 2nd grade classes if needed:
