Felix Linden
Felix Paul Linden, Jr. is the son of Felix and Mechelle Linden. He is originally from Spencer and is a graduate of Star Spencer. Felix attended Oklahoma State University graduating with a Bachelors in Broadcast Journalism. In 2010 Linden began his teaching career at Roosevelt Middle School in Oklahoma City. During his time there he created impactful leadership programming that centered on service, most notably, the Roosevelt Leadership Academy. In 2017 Linden received his Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma. After 11 years, Felix left Roosevelt in 2021 to become a member of the FD Moon Cardinal family as Lead ELA teacher. In his short time he has already started duplicating service related activities centered on engaging the community and offering students opportunities to excel where they are.
Linden has been active in his community since his graduation from Oklahoma State, joining many civic and service organizations. He has been a member of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Signature program (Class 36 - best class ever) and LOYAL Class II. Linden was also a member of SALLT (Salt and Light Leadership Training) Class 17 and is currently a member of the Midtown Rotary. He is a member of People’s Church where he has served in the PC Kids area since 2018. Felix is married to his lovely wife Megan and between them they have 7 beautiful children.
In his spare time, you can usually find Felix enjoying the outdoors in his flip flops, listening to NPR, volunteering for various causes, enjoying local restaurants and working on his cooking skills. One of his favorite quotes that he incorporates with his students is: You don’t have to wait, to graduate, to be great, you just have to participate!
