Dear Parents
Coronavirus/ COVID 19 update
As we are all aware Coronavirus/ COVID has now been detected in Qatar, in order to help stop its spread we are following the World Health Organisation guidelines. Hand sanitizers are placed in each classroom for the students to use and we are encouraging all students to watch their hands frequently. We would like to sincerely ask that no one within our school community travel to affected areas of the world, as this may then create a problem upon their return. If travel to an infected country is essential, please provide appropriate medical documentation to show that you have not been infected with Coronavirus. This request is made to help ensure the health and safety of our pupils, parents and staff, as we do not want our school community negatively affected by this current health problem.
As a school we are putting plans in place if the situation should deteriorate to help ensure that your children still continue to receive an education.
Thank you for your support with this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. L. A. McLoughlin
Principal of Newton British Academy.

'Dear Parents, This is a reminder about the school's non-uniform day on Thursday 23rd January. This is to support the 'Educate a Child' initiative. There is a voluntary contribution of QR 5 or more on the day. This will be collected by the class teacher. All money will go to help educate children in less fortunate circumstances around the world. To identify with an image of hope, all pupils are encouraged to wear an item of blue clothing e.g. a T-Shirt etc. Thank you
We are looking forward to a great day out, building memories and learning new skills!

Dear Parents,
In previous years the Early Years School has had a great PTA, which has greatly added to its continued success. The contribution that parents have made to the school is truly appreciated. If you would like to take a more active part in school events, please email:
