Dear parents,
This term we are assessing geography and history via research projects to be completed at home.
For Geography, the task will be to produce a 5 chapter information booklet (1 chapter per week) about rainforests. Each week a question/title of the chapter will be released and it is the students’ job to use the internet to research information and produce a short, concise chapter, including pictures. You will be able to find the question/title of the chapter on the VLE CLASS PAGE, each Thursday. Submission will be at the end of term on the following date; not each week.
Deadline for submission: Wednesday 29th May
CHAPTER 1 - What is a rainforest?
For History, the task will be to produce a powerpoint presentation about WWII. Each week a question/title of the chapter will be released and it is the students’ job to use the internet to research information and produce one or two concise slides, including pictures.
