Events this week -
Science Week!
On Thursday 28th February there will be a school Science Fayre. This will be an opportunity for children to showcase experiments and demonstrate their knowledge of science having created a project at home.Projects will be created at home and brought into school on Wednesday 27th February 2019. All students who enter will receive a certificate and house points. The class teachers will give you some ideas as to what your child can do. These ideas will also be found in the front page of the Primary VLE.
The children are also encouraged to dress up as a Mad Scientist on the Thursday 28 th February 2019.

English – This week in English the children will continue to identify and explore the features of a character description and a setting. They will also write a story about a trip to space.
Mathematics – This week in Math the children will be identifying fractions.
Science – This week in Science the children will be conducting an experiment to find out how water is transported in plants.
Topic – This week in Topic the children will be creating a timeline about Isaac Newton’s life.
Please complete allocated 'Bug Club' activity and read from weekly guided reading book.
