COVID rules in University - Please remember to take a lateral flow test before coming into University for face to face sessions. You must now wear a face mask in University buildings and during all teaching sessions unless exempt from doing so. Staff will be encouraging you to adhere to the guidance. There is no change to SHU guidelines despite the change in Government guidance from Monday 24th January. Please continue to adhere to our guidelines.

CICW- see module Bb announcement: As you will be aware the CICW group presentations will be held on either Monday 21st February or Friday 25th February 2022, dependant on when your CICW seminar is timetabled for. There are timetabled sessions in both the morning and afternoon, so please check your timetables carefully.

PP1 - We hope you have settled into placement well. Please share objectives and contact details (AA and PE) and also respond to week 1 communication and book midway calls with Hannah and Kirby. For those of you with a delayed start for ACRDM placements please use your time wisely to prepare for your placement.
PCM - Please remember you need a case study from this placement for your PCM assessment. Please discuss with your AA or PCM module leader Emily Patrick if you have any questions.
ACC session on Friday the 4th of Feb: Please note there are online live teaching sessions for AAC on Friday the 4th of February. These dates (across all years) have been agreed for ICC delivery. You are all expected to attend this teaching which appears on your timetables. Can you please make sure to inform your practice educators and make arrangements to attend your timetabled sessions on this date.

APP2 - The placement team are busy planning your APP2 placement. Please liaise with your AA if there is a change to your personal circumstances or something to help with the planning process. We aim to release details in w/c 7th Feb, or will update you if this is delayed.
Employability sessions - These sessions are on your timetable and links and pre-session tasks available via the learning materials on the Advancing Physiotherapy placement Blackboard site. Please attend these sessions with Eric and Rachel as they are incredibly valuable in supporting your job applications.
PCCM
Just confirm the submission deadline for your Summative screencasts in 3.00pm: Friday 4th February 2022.
There is an open drop in webinar between 3.30pm—5.00pm Tuesday 1st February 2022 to address any last minute Summative Assessment enquiries.
