A collaborative workspace

We can also provide a professional and comfortable space for colleagues and teams to meet and work together on curriculum development, host TeachMeet sessions, or use for off-site CPDL networking events. Bookable during the school day or after hours, this space is ideal for deep thinking and collaborative work.

Wondering how to get your pupils to and from Lordswood Boys' School to take part in this brilliant opportunity? We offer free transportation for up to 30 people to and from our school at a time. We can also provide transport to and from venues across the city as part of our partnership programme.

Meet our primary partnership team

Our Directors of Learning work closely with our local primary schools to design and deliver our bespoke partnership programmes; each programme tailored to meet the unique needs of the school and its' pupils. By understanding the specific goals and challenges of your school, we create engaging and impactful initiatives which enhance learning opportunities for pupils and staff.

Each one of our Directors of Learning is committed to primary partnership support and development and is allocated one day per week to work flexibly with our local schools. This flexible approach ensures that we can facilitate workshops, provide time for coaching, and plan events around the calendars and schedules of the schools we work with. Sessions can be booked during school hours, after school as part of your extra-curricular programmes, or even during the school holidays as part of a special event.

MARIE LOWNDES-FORD

Director of Music

With strong links to the CBSO and Birmingham Conservatoire, Marie brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and passion to her work with primary schools. She delivers high-quality inspiring music workshops, supports curriculum development, and facilitates exciting performances, helping young learners discover their passion for music.

DANNY JANES

Director of Sport

Having extensive coaching experience, multiple coaching badges, and a longstanding semi-professional sporting background, Danny brings expert knowledge to the delivery of sport and games in school. He works closely with primary schools to deliver engaging sport sessions, organise sporting events and competitions, inspiring young learners to excel in and enjoy physical activity.

NATALIE MCKEON

Director of Performing Arts

With established links to stage and dance schools in the region, Natalie brings exceptional expertise to her work with primary schools. She delivers dynamic drama and dance workshops, supports creative curriculum development, and provides opportunities to enable young learners to express themselves and build confidence through the arts.
