LBS 150

The LBS 150 Challenge is an exciting reading competition, created just for Lordswood Boys’ School students. We have selected 150 books across a wide range of genres, works that stretch, engage and fascinate the reader. The ultimate challenge is for students to read all 150 titles during their time with us at Lordswood... quite the challenge and certainly ambitious. 

Students have five years to read as many as they can – and remember, the more books you read the higher you'll climb on the school leaderboard. The higher you climb, the more badges and prizes you will win.

Below you can find a complete list of the LBS 150 books along with the Reading Age each title is suited to. You can find out who is currently at the top of the LBS 150 leaderboard and what prizes they're on track to win.

These books have been selected in order to challenge each and every one of you. 

Literacy is the most important life skill you can learn and the LBS 150 is just a great starting point for you to get out there and explore the world of books. We suggest you read, read and read some more.
