TECHNICAL PLAN
It is a personalized technical study material that involves activities, courses, readings, or consulting according to the needs of each warrior and their personal and professional objectives.
EXPERTISE CAMP
It is the possibility to improve different soft and technological skills in the company of an expert in the respective topic, through programming spaces for joint development.
TRACKING
These are technical evaluations that are applied to warriors over a minimum period of 6 months to 1 year, in order to verify seniority level, review salary increases, and validate new technologies.
SPONSOR
Each account member will be assigned a Sponsor, who will support them by increasing the technical competence of the team, fostering professional growth and career progression.
