The weekly report is the document in which the project manager shares the status of the project as well as any possible member transitions during the week. The goal is to document the billable resources in comparison to the assigned resources in order to maintain overall cost control over the project. This report includes information about the general cost status, current profit behavior, and whether the project has an active request to the operations department.
The Project Finance Report is the document in which the project manager shares all of the tracking costs for the project, as well as the margin associated with the account, can be construction of here.
