The low-level assessment service offers a meticulous evaluation of the client's project documentation and processes. It provides a comprehensive analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement, followed by a tailored proposal to address each issue. This service serves as the foundational step in enhancing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**An internal request can become a customer-facing service. If the product is managed or project teams, all intervention from the Center of Excellence will be free. However, if the request is for a dedicated product or highly performing team, it must be analyzed in which external service it applies and evaluate the possibility of charging if necessary.
