Implementation

Audit
The audit process is a technical process that provides the Tech Lab to the projects PM Dedicated & PMB projects of Lean Tech to guarantee the achievement of quality technical definition. These audits allow for identifying a project's criticality level and evaluating of its risk, scalability, and quality.
The Techlab department has established the application of preventive audits, applying this one through planning a calendar of audits. However, through the process of SOP, it is possible to request services for Techlab audits on a different calendar.
