Leader and alternate, it's not possible to take those days at the same time.
The alternate/ person in charge has to be included in all meetings already scheduled.
CoE Leader provides a document with all the pending tasks, this document must be shared in an email to CoE coordination and CC to the alternate/ person in charge. Also, take into account the following:
Internal bills, CoE allocation report & administrative tasks
Initiatives & OKRs
Weekly & individual meetings with CoEs
Meetings with their team or other ops division (Ops meeting, Project deployments)
Operational CoE tasks
Update Google Calendar with OOO status, during the vacation- Days off time.
Leaders have to inform and send a message through CoE Slack channel and Operations indicating that it's going to be out and who is going to be in charge of the department during that time.

Accept or Decline your calendar meetings
Make sure to reserve time in your calendar for task completion
Maintaining task organization and time management practices
Meetings
Take note of the main points that need to be highlighted
If you have any questions or concerns about the meeting's topic, always raise your hand
Scheduled weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly meetings with your team, to talk about different topics and matters of the department (OKR's, retrospective meetings, etc)
Email
Email etiquette course (Head of email, greetings, redaction, response times)
Schedule aside time in the day for review, response, and follow-up
Confirm receipt of all emails
If we receive a client email, make sure to follow up all the progress and involve on the best solution to be provided
Sort your emails into categories by establishing folders for each subject and priority
According to the priority, provide an answer at least as received
Team communication
Active participation in CoE slack channel
Encourage your team members to participate actively in their Slack channel
Confirm receive for the slack messages
Create a structure to have constant communication through your team channel, providing information of interest
General practices
Review the CoE activities space as a reminder, same as for the constantly activities you complete
Active participation in internal sessions
Participate in business forums
