The Productivity Power Check Up, led by LT, aims to enhance the effectiveness of one-on-one meetings with team members by focusing on Perceived Productivity, Motivation, and Attrition Risk. A dedicated form has been developed to guide these evaluations, ensuring essential data is collected consistently. In cases where specific ratings are not provided, AI will assess comments made by team members to derive objective scores related to motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction.
The information collected through Power Q is stored in the employee visual for easy access. This data is then used to create an interactive report and AI feedback that could be shared with the customer. The report aims to provide a thorough analysis of perceived productivity, motivation, and attrition risk among outsourced employees, quantifying these parameters based on voluntarily shared information and offering practical improvement recommendations.
Key Aspects of the Report
Perceived Productivity: This aspect gauges employees' self-assessment of their productivity levels, including task completion, work quality, and alignment with goals. It also considers factors like workload, working conditions, and available tools.
Motivation: Employee motivation is evaluated based on their drive to perform tasks, enthusiasm for their role, and overall job satisfaction. It encompasses factors like career opportunities, recognition, and the sense of purpose in their work.
Attrition Risk: This section assesses the likelihood of employees leaving, considering factors such as job satisfaction, work-life balance, relationships with management and peers, and external opportunities. Insights are gathered from engagement surveys and exit interviews.
Establishing a Trusting Environment
