My name is Shawn Sparkman and I am looking forward to being your 8th Grade Science teacher this year! 8th Grade Science is an exciting subject, ranging from topics like Force & Motion to Chemistry, and even Earth Sciences. This will truly be a unique school year, and while there are certainly new challenges we will face, the potential to make a meaningful experience from it all makes me excited about the year!

This will be my second year teaching Science at LCMS. I come from McKinney, TX but have lived in Lubbock for five years now. My hobbies include camping, hiking, astronomy, and video games. I live with my girlfriend and we have one dog that is treated like royalty.
