Welcome!

My name is Megan Cooper and I am excited to be your counselor this year! I am looking forward to learning and growing with you! I am excited to start this new year with you. This year will have some new challenges, but I am here to help any way that I can! I provide information through my counselor corner section on the Lubbock-Cooper LCMS website and to students through google classroom. All About Me

I have been teaching at LCMS for 9 years. I started on this campus in 2012 student teaching. I have taught one year at the high school level and then returned to LCMS. I have been a teacher on this campus for 7 years and recently moved to the counselor position. This will be my third year as the counselor. I love being a counselor! I have three children. Hunter will be a junior, Haylie a 5th grader, and Hadlee will be a 4th grader.

My Education

I graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Science. I then attended Wayland Baptist University to obtain my Masters in Education. After a few years of teaching, I attended Angelo State University to obtain my counselor certification.
