Tree Tops Primary Academy

To celebrate the Platinum Jubilee, everyone at Tree Tops participated in our Great Royal Picnic on Monday 6th June. Children and staff dressed as kings and queens, the site was decorated with flags and bunting and we all sang the National Anthem. Everybody received an official, commemorative medal on a purple ribbon. We then had a visiting artist to help us create an outdoor mural to celebrate and remember the Platinum Jubilee. Tree Tops children and staff also celebrated our very own connections with Queen Elizabeth with our (royal!) purple uniforms and with the fact that Princess Elizabeth was staying in a hotel called Treetops Hotel when she discovered that she was going to be the Queen!
