Welcome from the Head of Sixth Form:
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to our prestigious Sixth Form College, an integral part of our British International School. We are proud to offer an exceptional educational experience that adheres to the highest standards of the British curriculum. Our close affiliation with the renowned Christ College in the U.K. enriches our academic offering and ensures that both our students and staff have access to the latest developments in education.
At the heart of our Sixth Form lies the ASPIRE program, which fosters Ambition, Self-Regulation, Perseverance, Inspiration, Respect, and Enthusiasm in our students. This holistic approach empowers our students to dream big, take ownership of their learning journey, and embrace challenges with resilience and determination.
Our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals extends beyond the classroom, as we offer an extensive range of co-curricular activities designed to develop leadership skills, foster creativity, and promote personal growth. These opportunities, combined with a wide selection of courses, enable our students to create personalised programmes that align with their unique needs and aspirations.
We understand the importance of providing additional support to our students throughout their academic journey. This includes guidance for those aiming to pursue further excellence, such as preparing for Oxbridge entrance and university applications. All students are encouraged to take advantage of the support and extension activities run by our dedicated academic departments, ensuring that each individual reaches their full potential.

“Studying at KH8 was a truly unique experience. It was very hard to find myself bored whenever I was on campus as there was always so much to do. I truly felt the ability to express creativity, leadership and enjoyment through the multitude of facilities and opportunities available, all whilst being able to hone my academic skills. The small but undeniably strong and supportive network at this school always made me feel at home, and as a boarder the proximity of my friends also let me form bonds and memories that I hope to never forge.”

“I looked forward to attending every weekday morning, it had cultivated me into the person that I am today, both academically and intrinsically. With the overflowing of opportunities presented to students, I found myself actively being challenged to get out of my comfort zone to experience new things.
I truly could not have been more wrong about fearing the change that comes with transferring schools to KH8. Change was everything I never knew I needed, and now, my short but fun-filled four years at KH8 are the most cherished memories I have. KH8 and its wonderful people will always hold a special place in my heart.”

“Throughout my years in the school I have built up the academic knowledge and skills that will help me in my future. I will never forget the fun experiences on offer at KH8, from playing sports or just spending time with my school friends. I am hoping to carry this momentum of gaining experiences and achieving goals onto my university life. I want to say thank you to the dedicated teachers and staff who have helped me with my journey.”

“The years have never gone by faster. I’ve had several highly entertaining experiences such as founding our Chess club. The common room where I met most of my friends had many hilarious interactions, games and conversations! Thank you, especially to my teachers and, as my old classmate once said, "don’t become strangers".”
Emanuel I GRADUATED 2021 I University of Auckland, New Zealand
“I chose KH8 because I wanted to study A level abroad and Malaysia is pretty close to Taiwan, I can therefore fly home during half term. This school stood out from others I visited because its built on big grounds which have well equipped facilities and very experienced teachers. Teachers at KH8 are very passionate and keen to always help us. They offer extra lessons during any free time they may have. This is my first time boarding in a school, boarding has really helped me become a much more independent person, this will benefit me when I transition into my university life.”
Yoyen I Graduated 2020 I Pursuing Medicine, University of Debrecen, The Netherlands
“I chose KH8 because of its facilities, the ability to take part in a lot of co-curricular activities, and the small class sizes which would allow greater focus from my teachers. The teachers are passionate about what they teach and are willing to help you at every opportunity. Boarding at KH8 was also a new experience for me, I enjoyed it a lot, it gave me the opportunity to make so many new friends from different year groups as well as giving me a taste of even more activities that have further contributed to developing me as a person.”
