Equipment and Low-cost Equipment (Amazon Business)

Select “調達” (procurement) for the budget to be carried out.
【2】Procurement Entry”調達入力”(1)
Under the category field “実行区分”: Please select from the following options according to the type of funding source.
For public funds: “Amazon(検収あり)” which refers to orders through Amazon with inspection.
For non-public funds: “【備品・少額備品のみ】Amazon” which refers to equipment and low-cost equipment through Amazon.
Select “Amazon Business” (the logo will appear when Step 1 is completed).
Select the relevant option from the list of delivery addresses displayed, then click “決定” to confirm. After making a selection, you will be automatically redirected to the Amazon Business website.
For selection of delivery address, please follow the guidelines of the relevant APS.
【3】amazon business(0)_For first time only
When the "名前" entry field appears, enter your name as it appears in the faculty and staff members directory and select "ショッピングを開始する" to begin shopping.
【4】amazon business(1)
Select the items you wish to purchase and click “カートに入れる” to add to cart.
Click “レジに進む” to proceed to checkout.
“請求書による支払” (payment by invoice) is automatically selected, then click “この支払方法を使う” to use this payment method.
Select “承認を依頼する” to request approval.
【5】Procurement Entry”調達入力”(2)
Select “【Amazon】備品発注” (same for low-cost equipment).
Please fill in the reason for purchase under “購入理由” in specific terms.
For equipment orders over 200,000 yen, at least two competitive estimates from companies are required.
If you are unable to obtain estimates from other companies, please provide a reason under “業者選定理由” in specific terms within the same box.
Select “単位” (units).
By selecting “Webで確認,” you may check the items selected online.
The product information displayed are of products currently being sold on Amazon Business, and will not necessarily correspond to the prices of items previously purchased.
Select the location where you wish to install the purchased equipment from the “設置場所” search button.
Please enter the specific installation location (XX Room on XX Floor) in the “設置テキスト” box.
A.Requester
It will be displayed at the name and address on the Amazon delivery label.
If a secretary or assistant is making a purchase on behalf of a researcher, please change the requester’s (“依頼者”) name from the secretary or assistant to the fund administrator (researcher).
【6】Procurement Entry”調達入力”(3)_For Equipment
Click “添付” to open the “添付ファイル” file attachment screen.
Attach the following documents and click “実行” to upload.
Estimates (from at least two companies if equipment is over 200,000 yen)
Product catalogs, etc.
【7】Procurement Entry”調達入力”(4)-Save and Submit
When all entries and attachments are complete, click “保存” to save.
Click “送信” to submit.
