Starting on 1/28/2025, you can upload photo data from your smartphone directly to Dr.Budget. The manual uses the “Voucher” application as an example, but it can also be uploaded on the “Procurement” and “Gratuities” screens.
Since photos will be taken with personal devices, please be careful to handle information with respect to personal information, etc.
As a general rule, please take pictures from the Dr.Budget attachment upload screen described below. Photos taken in this way will not be saved on the device. The size of the attachment to Dr.Budget is approximately 1/4 the size of a normal photo taken with a smartphone.
Dr.Budget allows up to 10 files to be attached to each application, one file per shooting.
Enter the required information and select “添付”.
Select “スマートフォンからアップロード”.
You will see a QR code to access the site for uploading to Dr.Budget from your smart phone, scan it with your smart phone (the QR code changes for each Dr.Budget request number). The QR code will be displayed on your smart phone.
If the “keio.jp” authentication screen appears, please log in to keio.jp.
If you are logged in with your own “google account” on your browser, this may cause an error. Please log out of your “google account” and try again.
Select “写真を撮影”.
Take a picture of the subject invoice, etc. and select “Use Photo”.
Select “送信”.
When the upload is complete, the screen transitions and the browser is closed.
To upload the second and subsequent photos, select “続けてアップロード”.
Select “保存” to refresh the screen.
Photo uploads will be attached.
