Cancellations and Returning of Goods (Amazon Business)
【Important】
Please be sure to contact the relevant APS in the case of cancellations or returns as the information in Amazon Business and Dr.Budget are not linked.
Failure to contact APS may result in orders being placed and payments being processed, etc.
【1】Procurement screen
Under the category field for “実行区分,” select “Amazon(検収あり)” if there was an inspection or “Amazon(検収なし)” if there was no inspection.
Select “Amazon Business” (the logo will appear when you do Step 1).
Select from the delivery addresses displayed and click “決定” to confirm.

Select “注文履歴” to view order history from the account settings “アカウント設定” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

【A】If returning goods”返品の場合”
Select “商品の返品” to return goods.
【B】If cancelling”キャンセルの場合”
Select “配送状況を確認” to check delivery status.
Select “注文をキャンセル” to cancel order.

Once you have completed the procedures in Amazon Business, please be sure to contact your respective APS by phone or email (if you fail to do so, payment may be made to the vendor).
Please note that each researcher is responsible for returning the goods.
