A contract must be formed when outsourcing costs for a single order are between 1 million yen and 5 million yen.
When you have finished preparing a business contract, please submit the contract and estimate to the APS office on your campus. Your APS office will review them and affix a seal to the contract. Contractors for outsourcing contracts have been changed from the 2023 academic year onwards to reflect “contractors” below.
