This guide covers how to use the system to make revisions to business trip applications that have already received initial department approval when your plans for a business trip have been altered for some reason.
Select “MY予算TOP.”
Under the “発生源承認” (initial department approval) section, select the “出張” (business trip) icon for the application you wish to edit.
Select the “修正” (edit) button.
Enter the “変更申請日” (date of revision application)
Check the box for the applicable “変更種別” (category of revision).
Write the “変更内容・変更理由” (description of revisions and reason for making revisions)
If you are revising “②出張先” (destination): Make edits to the “都市名” (names of cities) and “出張・招聘目的” (purpose of business trip/invitation business trip) sections.
If you are revising “①期間” (period of travel): Make edits to the “行程表” (itinerary) section to add the new business to be conducted.
Select “保存”(Save) (do not select “承認”(Approve)).
