Outside hitters play a crucial role in volleyball, requiring mastery of various techniques to support their team. I want to improve my skills as an outside hitter because it is a challenging and dynamic position that involves attacking, blocking, passing, and playing defense. Additionally, I am motivated to inspire and uplift my team when morale is low.
My goals are to develop a well-rounded skill set, including:
Delivering powerful and controlled attacks.
Consistent and accurate passing during serve receive.
Improving my blocking timing and positioning.
Enhancing reaction time and controlled digging in defense.
Developing accurate emergency setting skills.
Mastering consistent and varied serving techniques.
Improving court awareness and communication for better strategic play.
I have created a weekly training plan targeting different volleyball skills:
Weeks 1–8: Focus on spiking, passing, digging, blocking, and serving.
Weeks 4–8: Emergency setting practice.
Weeks 10–21: Focus on court awareness and communication.
I allocate specific time slots each week for practice and review. Challenges include perfecting techniques and maintaining consistency. To overcome them, I seek feedback from coaches, review recordings, and practice corrective exercises.
I use the following resources for training:
Equipment: Gym, volleyball, volleyball nets.
Media: YouTube videos, game recordings from others.
Feedback: Insights from coaches and experienced players.
Text notes to track progress and challenges.
Video recordings of practice sessions for self-analysis. Digital tools (apps or web platforms) to schedule sessions and monitor progress.
這次的計劃做得很好,但因為學校的活動常常佔掉自主學習時間,導致許多的計劃大大被更改
