Knights on Parade

Knights on Parade has officially begun! Let the fundraising commence. We're thrilled to announce that our upcoming parade on April 19th, 2024, from 1 to 3 pm will be a derby-themed extravaganza, complete with dazzling floats, spirited games, and the thrill of the derby spirit coursing through the playground. To compete for individual and class prizes. You can register and check out the leader board for individual and grade-level prizes by clicking here!

NCES PTA Spirit Week begins next week. Grade Levels are competing for the highest participation this week (suggested donation is $1 per day) to win a pajama/movie party with popcorn and a sweet treat.

Trivia Night

The NCES PTA is thrilled to roll out the red carpet for our Hollywood themed trivia night on April 25th at the NCES gym from 6-8pm. Get ready to test your knowledge and have fun with friends and family!

Mark your calendars and start assembling your dream team. Teams can be formed in a variety of ways - friends, classmates, families, and neighbors. Or you can let us place your family on a team that needs more players. Students are encouraged to participate! Either way, let us know you are coming by registering here!

Join us on April 29th for an exciting evening of delicious food and community spirit at our School PTA Fundraiser, Restaurant Nights! Let's unite to support our school and savor a fantastic meal at Tea Station Asian Bistro! Spread the word, mark your calendars, and prepare for a fun-filled night of tasty treats and fundraising for a great cause!

smART Showcase Prep with Ms. Sarah

Ms. Sarah is seeking volunteers every Friday until the event to assist in preparing student art pieces for display. Volunteers can choose any dates and will report directly to Ms. Sarah. Click HERE to volunteer to be a part of this event.

• Students should be settled in their classrooms by 8:35. 

• There is a parent/student lunch area where you will be able to sit with your students to eat lunch. The student may invite one friend to eat lunch with you all. The lunch schedule is here. Photo ID required.

• If you are interested in having your student participate in Blessings in a Backpack, please complete this form.

• If you need clothes for your student from the Clothing Assistance Program (CAP), please complete this form.

• Photo ID is always required when entering the building during the school day.

💻 KSA Dates

The Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA) will take place the last 14 days of the school year for 3rd-5th graders. The current testing window is May 6 - May 24. 3rd-5th grade families, please avoid scheduling appointments and/or trips during this time period.
