Dear Brown School Family,
Happy first day of in-person learning for some of our smallest bear cubs! Our K-2 students on Hybrid A started today and it was amazing to see so many happy faces! I've shared some photos below from around the building today, so please check it out below!
If you have changed your mind in regards to choosing in-person learning or the virtual learning academy for your student, we need you to reach out to our middle and high school counselor Pam Willison by midnight on Friday, March19th. This will enable us to correctly roster each student and finalize each student's schedule. Students will be working in their advisory classes to transfer their current schedule to a template that will show them where they will be (either in-person or virtual) for each one of their classes). In order for our students to be working with correct information, making your final choice is essential. Both options are very different from NTI 2.0.
Tomorrow we will be holding two parent sessions to provide more information and answer questions about our plans for our middle and high school levels in regards to in-person and the virtual learning academy that start on Monday, April 5th. Middle school families can join our discussion at 11:00 AM tomorrow at THIS LINK. High school families can join our discussion at 1:45 tomorrow at THIS LINK. Both sessions will be recorded and added to our Bear Essentials Returning to School Special Edition.
Warm regards,
Dr. Angela, Principal

Our wonderful Club Founder, Iris, has secured a guest speaker from the Tribe Animal Sanctuary. From their website: "Tribe Animal Sanctuary provides care and sanctuary for abused, neglected and abandoned animals. Through education and experience, we strive to encourage a compassionate vegan lifestyle and inspire change in the way society sees and treats animals." We look forward to having them come and speak.
