8. Block Letter Logo

Let's make a unique block letter logo that can be turned into a coaster or vinyl sticker.

Vinyl Cut Sticker within 90 mm x 90 mm square,

stroke width is 4 mm

Here is a circular coaster that is 90 mm diameter

Laser cut coaster on 90 mm x 90 mm square

stroke width is 2 mm.

This vid shows how to group multiple sub layers together so that you don't accidentally lose part of your letters.

Some Illustrator numbers:

Artboard = 600 mm x 300 mm

stroke width <= 0.04 mm to laser cut, everything wider will engrave.

coaster size is 90 x 90 mm square (rounded corners) or 90 mm diameter circle.

for sticker, I recommend that the stroke with is greater than 4 mm

This link takes you to the folder where you need to place your file. If your design is to be a laser cut coaster, name it like this, ..........

If for vinyl sticker cutting, also put the color desired in the name. Name it like this.......
