I took data from my classmates on the following measurements for the design of my stool: popliteal height, foot size, and hip breadth. I measured 5 people for each data category.

Here's a a summary of what I took away from the data above.

For popliteal height, the smallest measurement was 41 cm and the longest measurement was 54 cm. The average from my subjects was 46 cm. My stool will certainly not exceed anyone's popliteal height since our maximum height is 35 cm. I actually plan to give my stool a height of 25 cm. This should allow it to still be a comfortable sitting height (or stepping height) for the average user.
