The mission of ISD 194 Elementary Physical Education is to support an inclusive environment and prepare ALL students to establish regular lifelong physical activity with a foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
We believe that Elementary Physical Education is dedicated to the following values:
Equipping students with skills necessary for an active lifestyle.
Providing the tools for success (see standards).
Ensuring a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
Engaging in a variety of movement activities.
Knowledge of rules and strategies.
Teaching students responsible personal and social behavior.
