These interventions are the same interventions that are noted in the spreadsheet to the left, however, the above spreadsheet is aligned to Fastbridge and has recommendations for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 interventions along with frequency and time recommendations.

The Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Skills books are designed to be used with students in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade to support phonemic awareness skills. The curriculum can be used with whole group instruction as part of a daily routine or small group intervention support for students demonstrating gaps in phonological and phonemic awareness skills. A Heggerty Phonological Awareness Assessment may be administered to determine specific needs for students. A preview video has been provided of a classroom demonstration of a Heggerty lesson.

The One-Minute activities provided in Kilpatrick's Equipped for Reading Success are designed to be used with students in grades 3 on up who are demonstrating gaps in phonological and phonemic awareness skills. The Sonday System Level 1 is an Orton-Gillingham-based curriculum that offers a structured, systematic, multi-sensory reading intervention for beginning readers through the end of 2nd-grade reading level. A placement test may be administered to determine where to start a student within the curriculum.
