At Ysgol Y Bryn, we understand that some children may require medication during school hours. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, we are happy to support the administration of medicines when necessary. However, before any staff member can administer medication, we require parents and carers to complete and return the Administration of Medicines Consent Form.
This form ensures that we have all the necessary details to administer the medication correctly and safely.

Please ensure that all medication is clearly labelled with your child’s name, dosage, and instructions for administration.
Submit the Form:
Once completed, submit the form to the school office. We will ensure that all necessary details are in place and will arrange for trained staff to administer the medication as requested.

Medication Labeling: All medication must be clearly labelled with your child’s name and dosage information. If possible, please provide the medication in its original packaging for added clarity.
