Users

Step by Step Guide

1. Log In and select the Users page from the blue navigation bar on the right.

2. Click "Add New Users" on the top right corner

3. Fill in the user's details

   • Update fields such as email, name, phone number, and permission groups.

   • Click "Save and Submit."

4. Choose a Role

   • Organizational Admins :

     1. Check on the status of any installed Hexmodal Device, and adjust its location information and configuration

     2. View and Download your compliance Reports. 

     3. Add and Remove Users to this application, and manage which Device Groups  they have access to.

     4. Manage the configuration and alerting of each Device Group.

     5. Create Organization Policies and Testing Schedules

4. • Administrators: 

     1. Checking on the status of an installed Hexmodal Device, and adjust its location information and configuration

     2. View and Download your Compliance Reports. 

     3. Add and Remove Users to this application, and manage which Device Groups  they have access to.

     4. Manage the configuration and alerting of each Device Group.

4. • General Users

     1. Check on the status of an installed Hexmodal Device within your assigned Device Groups

     2. View and Download your Compliance Reports

     3. Edit device information and policy assignment

     4. Acknowledge and edit escalation alerts

     5. Check your Profile’s Alert Configuration to help you keep track of any failures

4. • View Only Users:

     1. Check on the status of an installed Hexmodal Device. 

     2. View and Download your Compliance Reports. 

     3. Check your Profile’s Alert Configuration to help you keep track of any failures

5. Assign device groups

6. Save the users by clicking save on the top right
