Open Your Camera App
Use your phone or tablet's camera app.
Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code on the door sensor.
Log In
If prompted, log into your Hexmodal account.
After logging in, scan the QR code again to reach the activation page.
Select the Building
From the drop-down menu, select the building where the sensor is located.
If the building is not listed, click the plus sign to add it.
Specify the Location
Enter the specific location within the building (e.g., "my office").
Add Custom Asset Number (Optional)
If you have an asset tag for the sensor, add it to the custom asset number field.
Filling this out will help match all of your historical records in the reports.
Assign a Contact Person (Optional)
Assign a team member responsible for this light as the contact person.
Connect to Pressure Monitor (If Applicable)
If pairing with a Hexmodal Pressure Monitor, select the serial number of the device you're pairing with.
If the serial number is not on the drop down, make sure you have first activated the pressure monitor on the platform, then retry.
Place on Floor Plan
Tap the location of the light on the floor plan.
Save and Submit
Scroll down and click "Save and Submit."
Check device is activated
Check the compliance status and device history.
